Contractor Photo Punchlist is a local-first utility for contractors, handymen, remodelers, and site supervisors who want to prepare numbered photo-backed punch list reports.
Contractor Photo Punchlist does not collect personal data, does not track users, and does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the current release.
The app lets you enter job names, client names, site addresses, visit dates, punch item titles, locations, status, assignees, notes, and local photo references. Processing happens on device. The app does not send report text, photos, notes, local drafts, or generated PDF reports to a server.
If you choose a local save or export action, the saved content remains in the app's local storage or the Files/share destination you select. You are responsible for reviewing the generated report before sending it to a client, subcontractor, owner, insurer, or other third party.
The current release does not require an account, does not use a self-hosted server, and does not connect to contractor marketplaces, project-management systems, permitting systems, inspection authorities, legal systems, or payment processors.
Branded PDF export, full local job archive, saved photo proof, and reusable client details are unlocked with a $16.99 one-time non-consumable in-app purchase handled by system in-app purchase. Contractor Photo Punchlist does not receive your payment card details.
Contractor Photo Punchlist is an organization and report-generation tool. It does not certify inspection quality, safety, code compliance, legal findings, or payment entitlement.
Contractor Photo Punchlist does not sell, share, or transmit your local report content.
