Deposit Evidence Pack is a local-first utility for renters who want to prepare room-by-room move-in or move-out condition records before security-deposit evidence becomes scattered.
Deposit Evidence Pack does not collect personal data, does not track users, and does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the current release.
The app lets you enter renter details, property address, inspection date, deposit context, room notes, issue notes, and photo evidence. Processing happens on device. The app does not send report text, photos, notes, PDF drafts, or generated evidence packets to a server.
If you choose a local save or export action, the saved content remains in the app's local storage or the Files/share destination you select. You are responsible for reviewing the generated report before sending it to a landlord, tenant group, attorney, court, or other third party.
The current release does not require an account, does not use a self-hosted server, and does not connect to landlord, property-management, legal, or government portals. It does not submit disputes or messages on your behalf.
PDF export and unlimited report reuse are unlocked with a $9.99 one-time non-consumable in-app purchase handled by system in-app purchase. Deposit Evidence Pack does not receive your payment card details.
