Deposit Evidence Pack helps renters prepare a room-by-room move-in or move-out condition packet. The first release is local-first: it keeps renter details, property notes, photos, evidence gaps, and PDF export preparation on device.

Supported Local Workflow

Use the app to prepare a reviewable renter evidence report from local input:

• Renter name and property address
• Move-in or move-out inspection date
• Deposit amount context
• Room-by-room condition notes
• Photo evidence per room
• Issue severity and follow-up notes
• Local draft save and PDF export

The app is a report-generation utility, not legal advice or a landlord/property-management portal.

Purchase And Restore

PDF export and unlimited report reuse are a $9.99 one-time purchase. It is not a subscription. Use Restore purchase if you reinstall the app or move to another device using the same platform account.

Troubleshooting

• If the report flags missing evidence, add photos or notes for the room before export.
• If severe issues look incomplete, add a written note for each severe issue.
• If export is locked after purchase, tap Restore purchase.
• If the share sheet closes without saving, choose a local Files destination and try again.

Privacy

The current release runs locally, does not require an account, does not use a server, and does not connect to landlord, property-management, legal, or government portals.
