Turnover Proof Report Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-31. The app is designed as a local-first iOS utility.

Data You Enter Or Select

The app may store property and session names, room names, required photo angles, cleaner notes, restock notes, issue notes, selected photos, and generated export files locally on your device.

Photo Library Access

The app asks for photo access only so you can select room photos for a turnover report. It does not scan your full photo library in the background and does not upload selected photos to a server.

Network And Server Use

The app has no required app account and no required backend service. It does not send property data, photos, cleaner notes, report contents, or generated files to the developer.

Purchases

The lifetime unlock is handled by Apple's in-app purchase system. The developer does not receive your payment card details from the app.

Third-Party Accounts

The app does not log in to rental marketplaces, booking platforms, property management systems, cleaner marketplaces, insurers, or payment processors.

Deleting Data

You can remove generated exports from the Files app or any destination where you saved them. You can also delete the app from your device to remove its local app container data.
